Seatadvisor Box Office (SABO) (released in late 2001) is the first complete Internet-based integrated ticketing system able to handle all of the box office needs via one interface. There's no need for a separate e ticketing system. SABO gives complete control over your box office sales, Internet sales, phone room sales and outlet sales in one easy-to-use real time interface.

Seatadvisor are now positioned to recruit for this new exciting role and this next step into e ticketing solution. We are now searching for a Business Development Manager who to expand our UK operation and support our UK Head of sales. The successful candidate will be an ambitious, results-orientated individual who will lead our software sales division in the achievement of our key objectives and drive the continued growth and development of the Company. You will be targeting clients throughout the UK and Ireland. Working closely with the Senior Management team to develop our sales strategy and product offering.

  • Proven sales experience in the IT sector, experience in business development / sales role
  • Proven ability to penetrate new markets, and being new offerings to existing markets
  • Excellent communications skills, both oral and written
  • Proven ability to prospect, qualify, convince and close large ticket sales (> €500k)
  • Proven background in selling complex solutions, particularly in the integration space
  • Ability to present proposals and propositions to prospects in overseas markets
  • Proven ability to engage with clients at board level
  • Business / sales experience in any/combination of the following industries:
    • Financial Services
    • IT
    • Ticketing / Performing Arts
    • Leisure
  • Proven account Management ability
  • Ability to deliver to an annual target
  • Ability to develop, educate, and secure recurring revenue
  • Proven ability to work as part of a distributed sales team
  • Ability to work closely with product development in idea generation and provisioning of new services for delivery to clients
  • Proven record of achieving or bettering targets and bringing in NEW business
  • Experience of working in a rapidly changing environment
  • Relevant business degree or professional qualification desirable
  • Excellent analytical skills essential
